Description:


We are seeking an experienced Full Stack DevOps Engineer to join our Product Engineering organization. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, scalable software solutions that power our Customer and Commercial products. As a senior technical contributor, you will solve complex engineering challenges, influence architectural decisions, and ensure technical excellence across multiple product teams.


Working within a Product Operating Model, you will partner closely with Engineering Leads, Product Managers, Designers, and fellow engineers to transform product vision into secure, reliable, and cloud-native solutions. This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys building modern applications, driving technical innovation, and influencing engineering practices without direct people management responsibilities.


Responsibilities:


  • Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable enterprise software applications.
  • Partner with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineering Leads to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Solve complex technical challenges and deliver high-quality software across multiple product teams.
  • Influence application architecture, system design, and engineering best practices.
  • Develop secure, maintainable, and performant APIs, services, and user interfaces.
  • Build and enhance cloud-native applications using modern engineering principles.
  • Develop integrations with Salesforce and other enterprise platforms.
  • Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical design sessions.
  • Champion software quality through automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps best practices.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and improve system reliability, performance, and scalability.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering standards, development processes, and technical documentation.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements that enhance product delivery.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field; equivalent Product Operating Model experience will also be considered.
  • 5+ years of enterprise software engineering experience.
  • Experience developing and integrating within a Salesforce environment
  • Proven experience developing applications using one or more of the following:
  • Java
  • Node.js
  • React or Python
  • Experience designing and building cloud-native applications and distributed systems.
  • Strong understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and cloud deployment strategies.
  • Experience developing and integrating solutions within a Salesforce environment.
  • Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices, and modern software architecture patterns.
  • Experience with source control systems such as Git and Agile software development methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced, and high-impact environments.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
