Role Summary
We are looking for a Lead Full Stack Developer to support a large-scale MarTech transformation program for a leading retail client. The role will focus on building scalable, cloud-native applications and data-driven marketing technology solutions across customer engagement, campaign activation, personalization, analytics, and marketing data platforms.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience across Java, Python, Google Cloud Platform, SQL, APIs, microservices, and modern frontend/backend engineering, with the ability to lead technical design, guide developers, collaborate with product and business stakeholders, and deliver enterprise-grade solutions.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end design and development of full stack applications for MarTech platforms.
  • Build scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, Python, REST APIs, and microservices architecture.
  • Develop and optimize data-driven applications using SQL, BigQuery, Cloud SQL, PostgreSQL, or related databases.
  • Work with Google Cloud Platform services such as BigQuery, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, GKE, Pub/Sub, Dataflow, Composer, Cloud Storage, IAM, and monitoring tools.
  • Support integrations across marketing platforms, customer data platforms, campaign systems, analytics platforms, and enterprise APIs.
  • Design reusable components, frameworks, and API layers for customer, campaign, and personalization use cases.
  • Partner with product owners, architects, data engineers, QA teams, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
  • Review code, enforce engineering best practices, and mentor offshore/onshore development teams.
  • Drive performance tuning, scalability, observability, security, and production readiness.
  • Support Agile delivery, sprint planning, estimation, release planning, and production deployment activities.
