Our client, a government technology organization, is looking to hire a Lead .NET Full Stack Developer in Phoenix, AZ.

Job Title: Lead .NET Full Stack Developer

Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid – onsite as needed)

Duration: 12+ months - Contract-to-Hire

Pay Rate Range: $60.00 – $70.00/hr, depending on experience

Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor a small Agile development team, including sprint planning, code reviews, and task management.
• Design, develop, and modernize enterprise applications using .NET, Angular, SQL Server, and microservices architecture.
• Support legacy modernization initiatives, including AngularJS to Angular and .NET Framework to .NET Core migrations.
• Implement containerized deployment solutions using Docker and support CI/CD and orchestration environments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain mission-critical applications and integrations.

Requirements:
• Hands-on experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, Angular, TypeScript, SQL Server, and REST API development.
• Previous lead or management experience within Agile software development environments.
• Experience with Docker, microservices architecture, and enterprise integration tools such as IBM MQ or SignalR.
• Strong background in full-stack application modernization, performance tuning, and source control tools such as Git or TFVC.
