Job description

Title : Staff Full Stack Engineer

Location : Irvine, CA (Onsite Only)

Rate : On C2C/ W2

Responsibilities

Build, test, and release complex, mission-critical full-stack applications for internal and external-facing software, serving as a technical lead.

Design and implement frontend code and algorithms using ReactJS and Typescript.

Design and implement backend code using AWS Services, Python, and PostgreSQL databases.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, Technical Product Management, UI/UX) to define application features.

Use automation to reduce roadblocks and achieve deliverables.

Ensure good software architecture practices are followed, actively contribute to code and design reviews, and perform unit testing to deliver high-quality software.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software engineering, including technical leadership on complex projects.

Preferred candidates will also have experience with automotive/vehicle/aerospace development of wire harnesses, electrical systems integration, and/or electronic hardware, or related technical program management (TPM) roles. We are looking for candidates who already understand what it takes to develop a complex electrical system and have ideas of their own on how to improve the process.

Frontend Expertise: Deep expertise in ReactJS, HTML, CSS, MaterialUI, React Router, React Hooks, GraphQL, and REST.

Backend Expertise: Expert-level backend development experience with Python, RESTful APIs, and strong proficiency with AWS services (ECS, EKS, Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, etc.).

DevOps: Proven experience driving and implementing DevOps practices, setting up CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native architectures.

BA in Engineering (Computer Science / Data Engineering / Data Science or equivalent practical experience).
