What you'll do:
  • Design and build real-time UIs that present coherent visualizations of market activity, system performance, and trading operations, giving traders intuitive control over complex systems
  • Develop and maintain internal tooling and dashboards that surface actionable insights from live financial and operational data.
  • Collaborate closely with traders, quant researchers, and algo developers to understand workflows and translate them into reliable software solutions
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve existing systems across the trading lifecycle
  • Take end-to-end ownership of projects, driving them from initial scoping and design through implementation, deployment, and long-term maintenance

Qualifications and skills:
  • 3+ years of experience in a trading environment focusing on building backend processes and UIs
  • Degree in computer science, mathematics, or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, and related frameworks, with a track record of building and shipping production-grade full stack applications
