The Associate Full Stack Application Developer will be responsible for learning andassisting the broader process of developing and deploying enhancements and/or new applications used inlocal, networked, cloud-based or internet-related computer programs.They will work under the supervision of asenior, experiencedin programming languages, tools, and delivery models and collaborate with variousstakeholders and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products and solutions. This role requires anunderstanding of programming languages, tools, and delivery models, as well as the ability to effectivelycommunicate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders. The incumbent will collaborate with multiplestakeholders, including project teams, business analysts, and end-users, to ensure the development process isrunning smoothly. Ultimately, the incumbent will assist in ensuring the organization's software applications areeffective, efficient, and provide a seamless experience for the end-users.

Required Qualifications:

  • Basic knowledge of software development tools such as Git or Jenkins

  • Solid written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to support and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

  • General knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or Ruby

  • Experience in software development, specifically in application development engineering

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or in lieu of a degree, at least 2 years of experience in application development or application engineering

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employmentwithout now or in the future requiring sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., OPT, CPT, H1B, EB-1, etc.)

  • Must be (18) eighteen years of age

  • Collect feedback from various stakeholders such as users, developers, and project managers, assisting inmaintaining transparency and communication

  • Monitor industry news and trends, contributing to the research of emerging technologies and programminglanguages

This position is not hybrid/remote and will be located at our Cleveland Headquarters office.
