Job description

The Full Stack Developer, Lead is responsible for the design, development, implementation, integration, and support of Medvantx's enterprise software platforms, customer-facing applications, APIs, and healthcare technology solutions. This role serves as a senior technical contributor, partnering with internal stakeholders and external clients to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing software solutions.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on software engineer with extensive experience developing enterprise applications, RESTful APIs, cloud-based solutions, and system integrations. This individual will provide technical leadership on complex initiatives, mentor team members, and support mission-critical production applications in a regulated healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise web applications using modern Microsoft technologies and full-stack development frameworks.
  • Build responsive, user-friendly applications utilizing Angular and modern front-end technologies.
  • Design, develop, and optimize SQL Server databases, stored procedures, and queries supporting high-volume transactional systems.
  • Participate in application architecture, technical design, and solution planning to ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions.
  • Partner directly with internal stakeholders and external clients to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver application enhancements.
  • Participate in customer implementations, software deployments, production releases, and post-production support.
  • Serve as a technical resource during client meetings, implementation discussions, and production issue resolution.
  • Provide technical leadership through code reviews, mentoring, knowledge sharing, and promotion of software development best practices.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum development activities including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release planning.
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines utilizing Azure DevOps and Git.
  • Provide Level III production support for enterprise applications, APIs, integrations, and customer-facing platforms.
  • Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective solutions.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation including API specifications, integration documentation, and operational procedures.
  • Ensure applications follow secure coding practices, organizational standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing platforms and development practices.
  • Participate in an on-call production support rotation as required.
  • Strong proficiency in C#, .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET, Web API, Angular, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS4.
  • Experience building and supporting integrations utilizing REST, Webhooks, JSON, XML, SFTP, and third-party APIs across CRM, ERP, healthcare, pharmacy, and customer-facing platforms.

  • Advanced Microsoft SQL Server development skills, including T-SQL, stored procedures, database design, and performance optimization.

  • Experience with SSIS, SSRS, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and modern reporting platforms preferred. - Good to have
