About SAPSOL Technologies Inc.
SAPSOL Technologies Inc. is a global innovation leader operating at the intersection of SAP, AI, and Quantum Computing.

We develop SR&ED-compliant, future-ready products such as TraceSecure.ai, HireRig.ai, and RoboCart.ai, combining automation, analytics, and intelligence into one powerful enterprise ecosystem.
Our mission is to drive the next generation of digital transformation using AI-driven, cloud-native, and quantum-enabled technologies.

Role Overview
We're hiring a deadline-driven Full-Stack Developer to work onsite in Mississauga on next-generation AI and SAP-integrated platforms.

You'll design, build, and deploy AI-enabled enterprise systems using our internal tech stack - Laravel MVC, Java, JavaScript, Progress Database, Docker, and Kubernetes - while maintaining full SR&ED compliance and delivering under tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and enhance modules for TraceSecure.ai, HireRig.ai, and Quantum-ready prototypes.
  • Integrate AI frameworks (OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, Gemini, etc.) into live systems.
  • Develop and maintain services using Laravel MVC, Java, and JavaScript (Node/Vue/React).
  • Manage and optimize Progress Database for speed and scalability.
  • Deploy solutions through Docker containers and Kubernetes orchestration.
  • Document all R&D activity for SR&ED compliance (uncertainties, experiments, results).
  • Consistently meet strict project deadlines with production-ready deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including AI and SAP consultants.

Required Skills

  • Expert in Laravel MVC
  • Proficient in Java and JavaScript (Node.js / Vue.js / React)
  • Experience with Progress Database or equivalent RDBMS
  • Strong knowledge of Docker & Kubernetes
  • Integration of AI APIs (OpenAI, Gemini, LangChain, etc.)
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs, CI/CD, and microservice architecture
  • Proven record of on-time delivery under demanding schedules
  • Familiarity with SR&ED documentation requirements

Preferred / Asset Skills

  • Any SAP knowledge is a strong asset (BTP, S/4HANA, Fiori, integration experience)
  • AI-driven microservices and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.)
  • Exposure to Quantum frameworks (Qiskit, Pennylane, D-Wave QUBO)
  • DevOps automation (Terraform, Helm, Jenkins)
