Job description

DevOps Developer Overview:
Join a high-performing engineering team focused on developing next-generation technologies for government and commercial customers. The team works across the full product lifecycle, including concept development, requirements, design, build, integration, testing, deployment, and Apply modern DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, containerized deployments, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Configure, maintain, and secure cloud-native and virtualized test environments.
Drive continuous improvement of integration and testing processes through automation, metrics, and process optimization.
Automate, monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance development, deployment, configuration, testing, and security processes.
Develop, review, and maintain system requirements and traceability documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams, leadership, and customers.
3+ years of experience deploying, securing, and supporting Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL 5/6/7/8).
Experience with DevOps cloud system design.
Strong scripting experience using Shell (sh/csh), Bash, Python, and Perl.
Experience implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Bicep, ARM, or Terraform.
Willingness to travel occasionally to support customer requirements.
Ability to work flexible schedules, including on-call support, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Active Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) clearance with an adjudicated CI or Full-Scope Polygraph.
10+ years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience with VMware virtual machines and hypervisors.
Knowledge of PKI certificates and security protocols.
Experience with Jira and Confluence.
Experience supporting Windows 10 and newer environments.
Active CompTIA Security+ certification.
