Harmonia Persona Healthcare Services, LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our remote team. You will collaborate with a dynamic team of professionals, including case managers, medical personnel, and educational staff, to ensure that our clients receive holistic and coordinated care. • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients' mental health, diagnose conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans that reflect a deep understanding of their unique challenges and strengths.
• Provide direct clinical services to individuals, couples, families, and groups via virtual platforms, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of services, including initial assessments, treatment plans, and case notes, ensuring compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Facilitate a minimum of 25 client-facing sessions each week to maintain a manageable caseload while enhancing overall clinical effectiveness.
• Engage in continuous collaboration with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate client services and ensure the highest standard of care.
• Participate actively in clinical staff meetings, training sessions, and community outreach initiatives designed to promote mental health awareness and foster relationships within the community.
• Respond promptly and professionally to any communications from the Clinical Director, ensuring that organizational objectives are met efficiently.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health discipline.
• Must hold an active and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Demonstrated ability to establish stable and supportive boundaries while working effectively with clients.
• Strong skills in time management and the capacity to complete comprehensive documentation of services promptly.
• Cultural competence and the ability to work compassionately with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, essential for building rapport with clients and collaborating with team members.

• Experience working within a community health setting and familiarity with Electronic Health Record systems, particularly Office 365.
• Previous involvement in community outreach programs and networking efforts aimed at promoting mental health services.
• Experience in utilizing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000, reflecting our commitment to recognizing and rewarding your expertise.
