Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients' mental health, diagnose conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans that reflect a deep understanding of their unique challenges and strengths.
  • Provide direct clinical services to individuals, couples, families, and groups via virtual platforms, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of services, including initial assessments, treatment plans, and case notes, ensuring compliance with company policies and state regulations.
  • Facilitate a minimum of 25 client-facing sessions each week to maintain a manageable caseload while enhancing overall clinical effectiveness.
  • Engage in continuous collaboration with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate client services and ensure the highest standard of care.
  • Participate actively in clinical staff meetings, training sessions, and community outreach initiatives designed to promote mental health awareness and foster relationships within the community.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to any communications from the Clinical Director, ensuring that organizational objectives are met efficiently.
