As a member of our outpatient team, you will work primarily from a remote setting, allowing for flexibility while maintaining effective communication with clients. • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify mood disorders and other mental health issues.
• Collaborate closely with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that resonate with their specific circumstances and goals.
• Provide psychoeducation and supportive counseling to clients and their families, empowering them to understand and navigate mental health challenges.
• Adjust treatment plans based on client progress, utilizing evidence-based methodologies to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Maintain precise and confidential documentation that adheres to legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.
• Engage in multidisciplinary case reviews, contributing valuable insights to foster holistic treatment approaches.
• Participate in advocacy efforts aimed at increasing mental health awareness and decreasing societal stigma surrounding mental health issues.

Your work will primarily involve engaging with a diverse client population, including individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health concerns, from anxiety and depression to relationship conflicts and systemic issues. • An active LMFT license in the state of California.
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.
• A strong foundation in client-centered therapeutic practices, coupled with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• A minimum of two years of experience in the mental health field, specifically working with families and couples.
• Expertise in various therapeutic modalities, including systems, narrative, and structural family therapy, is highly valued.
• Experience in community mental health settings or similar outpatient environments will be advantageous.
