A 'Full Remote' job allows employees to work entirely from a location of their choice, without the need to commute to a physical office. This setup offers flexibility in terms of where and often when you work, as long as job requirements are met. Full remote positions rely heavily on digital communication tools and self-motivation. Many companies offer these roles to access a wider talent pool and support work-life balance. However, some full remote jobs may still require occasional travel for meetings or training.

  • Maintain precise and confidential documentation that adheres to legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.
  • Engage in multidisciplinary case reviews, contributing valuable insights to foster holistic treatment approaches.
  • Participate in advocacy efforts aimed at increasing mental health awareness and decreasing societal stigma surrounding mental health issues.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily involve engaging with a diverse client population, including individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health concerns, from anxiety and depression to relationship conflicts and systemic issues. Each day presents unique opportunities to make meaningful connections and facilitate constructive change in the lives of those we serve.

Qualifications
  • An active LMFT license in the state of California.
  • A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • A strong foundation in client-centered therapeutic practices, coupled with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of two years of experience in the mental health field, specifically working with families and couples.
  • Expertise in various therapeutic modalities, including systems, narrative, and structural family therapy, is highly valued.
  • Experience in community mental health settings or similar outpatient environments will be advantageous.
Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Alongside a comprehensive salary, we provide a robust benefits package that includes:

  • 401(k) retirement plan with company match.
  • Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance for you and your family.
  • Paid continuing education courses to support your ongoing professional development.
  • Complimentary therapy sessions for our therapists, promoting your own mental well-being.

You will have access to a variety of training programs, mentorship roles, and opportunities to specialize in specific areas of mental health. Advancement within the organization is not only encouraged but structured to ensure you can achieve your career aspirations while making a positive difference.
