Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver education and support to clients and their families regarding mental health conditions, coping strategies, and available treatment options.
  • Regularly monitor client progress, adapting treatment approaches as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Maintain detailed and compliant client records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems efficiently.
  • Participate in team consultations, case reviews, and collaborative planning sessions, fostering an internal community of learning and growth.
  • Advocate for mental health awareness and proactively address client needs within the local community.
Patient Population / Client Focus
