Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to accurately determine clients' mental health needs and establish baselines.

  • Provide one-on-one therapy sessions with adult clients, employing solution-focused approaches and therapeutic techniques to drive positive change.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Healogics, you will work with a diverse population of adult clients facing a wide array of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other psychological conditions. Our therapists are committed to fostering a compassionate and non-judgmental atmosphere that encourages clients to share openly and work towards their mental health goals.

Qualifications
  • A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • Completion of a masterโ€™s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients, showcasing strong interpersonal skills.
  • A compassionate, empathetic approach with a genuine commitment to supporting others in their mental health journeys.
