• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to accurately determine clients' mental health needs and establish baselines.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to clients' individual goals and mental health concerns, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions with adult clients, employing solution-focused approaches and therapeutic techniques to drive positive change.
• Facilitate teletherapy sessions, ensuring seamless virtual treatment experiences for clients.
• Engage in crisis intervention when necessary, demonstrating calmness and expertise in high-pressure situations.
• Participate in continuous professional development to remain current with industry best practices and enhance treatment capabilities.

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Healogics, you will work with a diverse population of adult clients facing a wide array of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other psychological conditions. Our therapists are committed to fostering a compassionate and non-judgmental atmosphere that encourages clients to share openly and work towards their mental health goals.

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• Completion of a master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients, showcasing strong interpersonal skills.
• A compassionate, empathetic approach with a genuine commitment to supporting others in their mental health journeys.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to ensure effective case management.
• No record of disciplinary actions on your professional board.

• Previous experience in a remote therapy setting is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Experience with teletherapy platforms and technology is advantageous.
• A proven track record of working with clients from various backgrounds and presenting mental health concerns.

• Competitive salary range between USD 90,000 and 104,000 per year, based on your individual caseload.
