This is a great opportunity to develop your career in a firm with interesting clients, quality work, great team members and coaches, and excellent flexibility. We offer you the client work and career paths found in larger firms, with the culture, work-life balance, and friendliness of a mid-sized regional firm.

We provide our team members with:

  • Unlimited PTO policy
  • 22+ paid holidays throughout the year (Summer Fridays, Thanksgiving week, plus others)
  • Paid paternity/maternity leave
  • Comprehensive healthcare plans covered by ASL.
  • Virtual and in-person technical training, coaching and leadership development programs to support your professional growth at each stage of your career.
  • Seeing the big picture – we provide the opportunity to participate, contribute, and collaborate on project teams and client engagements to advance your career.
  • Building employee engagement is vital to our culture! We use different platforms to keep you connected with your team members, while working remotely, or in our Campbell office
  • Recognition – we celebrate each other’s accomplishments both at work and outside the office.

  • Plan the timing and assigning of staff to engagements.
  • Advise clients on tax-efficient strategies involving charitable giving, estate and gift planning, cash flow planning, and wealth transfer considerations.
  • Research, interpret, and evaluate the tax impact of current and proposed legislation on the quarterly and year-end tax calculations.
  • Provide sophisticated equity compensation review, planning, and advisory services, including tax implications related to RSUs, ISOs, NSOs, stock options, restricted stock, liquidity events, and concentrated stock positions.
  • Mentor, develop, and review the work of tax seniors and staff, providing technical guidance and feedback.
  • Review complex individual income tax returns involving equity compensation, hedge funds, private equity investments, trusts, publicly traded partnerships, and multi-state filings.
  • Prepare client billings. This may include assisting with collections when appropriate.
  • Evaluate the performance of staff as required by firm policy.
  • Develop new client contacts and relationships beneficial to the firm.  These can be professional, civic, and/or community service contacts.

  • Strong technical knowledge of high-net-worth individual taxation, equity compensation, trust and estate concepts, and related planning strategies required.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple time-sensitive projects.
  • Good conceptual, critical thinking, analytical, quantitative skills, and the ability to articulate work product.
  • Excellent computer/technology skills
