Full Cycle Sales Representative

A large client of ours is looking for Full Cycle Sales Representatives to embark on a rewarding career in the insurance industry. We're seeking driven individuals who excel at building relationships and managing the entire sales process from initial contact to closing the deal.

Role Overview

As a Full Cycle Sales Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for prospective clients, guiding them through their insurance needs. This role is ideal for proactive individuals who thrive on independence and are motivated by significant earning potential. You will leverage phone and video communication to connect with clients, understand their unique situations, and present tailored solutions.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will encompass the entire sales cycle, including:

  • Prospecting and Outreach: Initiating contact with potential clients through various virtual channels, including phone and video calls.
  • Needs Assessment: Conducting thorough discovery calls to understand client objectives, challenges, and financial goals.
