The Operations team manages our worldwide distribution network and is responsible for authenticating our sneakers, fulfilling orders and ensuring on-time delivery to buyers. Through our technological innovation and logistical efficiency, you will join a team that prides itself on being the most trusted marketplace in the industry while shipping and processing tens of millions of products for our global buyers and sellers.

Role Overview 

The Fulfillment Specialist I is an expert in all aspects of the fulfillment function within the Operations department. As a Fulfillment Specialist I, you will exemplify best practices and uphold the highest standards of quality and safety.

In this role, you will:

  • Assist with receiving consignment from VIP sellers and help authenticate and quality control orders
  • Train fellow fulfillment associates in receiving and packing processes
  • Prepare orders for shipment, including unboxing, labeling, and packing
  • Manage process flow, generate scan forms, and oversee courier drop-offs and pickups
  • Troubleshoot order issues to ensure timely resolutions
  • Maintain a clean work area to protect merchandise and prevent injuries
  • Learn sneaker model characteristics and understand GOAT standards for shoe conditions
  • Ensure transaction details (SKU, size, condition, packaging) are accurate
  • Restore shoes to their original factory presentation and maintain inventory accuracy
  • Work in a dynamic warehouse environment with heavy equipment
  • Remain flexible to perform other duties as required and assigned

We are looking for: 

  • 1+ years of experience in a warehouse setting
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Capable of operating carts, dollies, and other equipment to move merchandise
  • Quick learner and self-starter who can work independently and manage increasing responsibilities
  • Ability to stand for long periods (up to 8 hours)
  • Ability to lift and move boxes (up to 35 pounds)
  • Availability and willingness to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays, during peak periods to meet business demands
