Description

The Production Team is looking for a Fulfillment Specialist to join the Stone Creek Coffee Team. Fulfillment Specialists are responsible to represent Stone Creek Coffee in providing the highest quality product, with unmatched attention to the customer, in a timely manner..

As a Fulfillment Specialist you will assist bagging coffee, filling orders, labeling bags, grinding, and daytime wholesale deliveries.


Role Aspects:

  • TEAM COMMUNICATION - Fulfillment Specialists are expected to communicate with each other and the team leaders on a clear and consistent basis for the team to run efficiently. This can be anything from production process updates, order inconsistencies and issues, mechanical needs, delivery updates etc. 
  • QUALITY CONTROL - Fulfillment Specialists have a standard of uncompromising quality of execution and product. They are required to fill and pack orders correctly, in a cost-effective manner. Delivery Drivers need to handle the product with care to make sure no mark-out occurs.
  • OPS - Fulfillment Specialists execute all the parts of normal production operation (including bagging coffee, running the fractional coffee pack machine, order and delivery fulfillment). 
  • COST CONTROL - Fulfillment Specialists look for and constantly communicate inefficiencies, bringing recommendations to improve processes to close gaps, increase efficiency, and control costs in labor, inventory use, delivery protocol, etc. 
  • EDUCATION -- Fulfillment Specialists are expected to learn as many aspects of the SCC Production team as possible, providing opportunities for daily variety and growth opportunities. With an emphasis on education and training, the Fulfillment Specialist will be able to develop a path within the Production team to a more specialized role in roasting support and/or shift management.



Requirements

Preferred:

  • Basic knowledge and understanding of professional warehouse/ production environment
  • Previous experience as driver, stocker, etc.
  • Understanding of professional warehouse safety, equipment, and driving etiquette
  • Understanding of safety, sanitation and food handling procedures

Physical Requirements:

  • 100% Agility as you will spend most of the time standing and moving quickly
  • Occasional environmental exposures to cold and heat
  • Able to transport up to 75 pounds on occasion and up to 50 pounds regularly

Compensation Structure:

We offer a starting pay of $16 hour.


At Stone Creek Coffee we conduct Pay and Performance Reviews twice annually which include compensation discussions. All compensation increase conversations are based on demonstrated value added to the team.
