TEAM CompaniesTEAM CompaniesFulfillment AssociatePOSITION SUMMARY The Fulfillment Associate plays a key role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of drug and alcohol testing results and occupational health service records reported to TEAM nationwide. This position is responsible for reviewing, validating, and entering results into the electronic system used by customers to access their information. As the final checkpoint before results are released, the Fulfillment Associate safeguards data integrity and ensures timely, precise reporting.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS RESPONSIBILITIES - Entry of results (including breath alcohol, instant drug and physical tests) into the electronic system in accordance with internal protocols, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Perform quality checks on all incoming results to confirm proper documentation, correct data fields, and compliance with reporting standards.
- Investigate inaccurate, incomplete, or conflicting results by contacting clinics and customers to obtain missing information or clarification.
- Respond to email inquiries within established service-level expectations, ensuring the two-hour response requirement is met.
- Monitor daily work volume and ensure all results received by 3 p.m. are processed and entered the same day.
- Manage the flow and distribution of incoming test results to ensure timely reporting to customers.
- Assist in follow-up on support activities, such as missing results.
- Other duties as assigned by Leader.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS - Experience: High School diploma with 1 year of professional experience
- Computer Skills:
- Basic knowledge of business-related computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe/Acrobat/PDFs
- Type a minimum of 7,000 keystrokes per hour (Alpha-numeric data entry)

- This job operates primarily in a clerical office setting in Tulsa. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. You must be able to sit for long periods of time.
