Responsibilities 
 
  • Pick up, sort, and deliver correspondence throughout the Home Office and Business Processing Center. 
  • Perform different tasks such as preparing outgoing correspondence for open Service Centers, sorting new business, changes and reinstatements for all lines of business by terminal digit order. 
  • Processing and verifying for proof of mailing on certified mail. 
  • Operate mail equipment.
Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required. 
  • General office skills and familiarity with basic computer operations. 
  • Mathematical ability, filing experience, reading, writing, and communication skills. 
  • Clean MVR in order to operate department vehicles. 
  • Ability to push, pull, or lift items up to 60 lbs.  
  • Stooping, reaching, bending, climbing, pushing, and walking will be required in this position.
