Role Purpose
Responsible for safely operating tractor trailer/tanker. Able to load Jet-A Fuel at terminal and offload at ASIG Facility. Report's status of daily operations to the supervisor and/or manager; Complete daily truck sheets and vehicle inspections. Knowledge and compliance with all safety procedures; Comply with all safety procedures and report incidents immediately. Performs other service functions as required.
  • Class A Hazmat Tanker Driver $30.00/hr.
  • Paid Overtime.
  • Local Routs - Home Daily!

What you will be doing
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
  • Complies with the location's attendance/tardiness standards.
  • Meets Company and customer performance and grooming standards.
  • Ability to safely operate a tractor trailer/tanker filled with liquid on a highway, obeying all traffic laws; and maintaining a valid driver's license.
  • Must possess a California class A Driver License with Haz-Mat endorsements.
  • Must 2 + years of driving / over the road experience Able to lift and attach fuel hose to load fuel into tanker.
  • Able to lift and attach fuel hose to unload fuel from tanker into fuel facility.
  • Meet security and badging requirements at various airports/terminals. Able to continually lift push/move 70 lbs.

What we are looking for:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be able to speak, read and write in English proficiently.
  • Must be available and flexible to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays.
  • Work is done primarily outdoors, must be comfortable working in all weather conditions.
  • Must possess and maintain valid CDL Class A with a clean driving record
  • Must pass driver's test with the Department of Airports and obtain a driver's license to drive on Airport Operational Area (AOA).
  • Must have Haz-Mat and Tanker endorsements
  • Must have 2-years work-related driving / over the road experience
  • Able to lift and attach fuel hose to load fuel into tanker and able to lift and attach fuel hose to unload fuel from tanker into fuel facility
  • Reliable transportation to get to and from work
  • Must be comfortable lifting/moving 70lbs
  • Must pass FBI background check and obtain US Customs seal.
  • Must Pass background check and pre-employment DOT Physical & Drug screen
  • Legal US work status required
