Full-Time Salary: $80,000 to $86,000 per year
Schedule: M-F, 4:00 AM to 2:00 PM

You will:
  • Team Leadership & Supervision, lead and develop drivers, dispatchers, and support staff.
  • Conduct ride-alongs and field evaluations to ensure service quality and safety, monitor driver behavior, and coach performance.
  • Oversee daily routing, scheduling, and dispatching.
  • Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, and company safety standards, and maintain Driver Qualification files and oversee incident reporting.
  • Collaborate with Customer Service, Warehouse, and Sales to meet delivery expectations.
  • Monitor fleet performance, fuel usage, and maintenance schedules, track KPIs such as delivery rates, fuel efficiency, and driver productivity.
  • Manage employee timekeeping and payroll processes, including missed punches, meal logs, and timecard edits.

  • Oversee accident and injury reporting, including KPA documentation and follow-up.

You have:
    • High School diploma/GED or equivalent experience
    • 2+ years of transportation, distribution, logistics, or related work experience
    • Experience with DQ file compliance
    • Proficiency in Excel and Word, and experience with RoadNet, Lytx, Geotab, and Omnitracs is a plus
    • A Class A or Class B licence is a preferred
    • Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
