About the Role The Sales Assistant plays a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience and supporting our sales team. This position focuses on creating client advocates by assisting Sales Consultants throughout the sales process, ensuring every guest feels welcomed, informed, and well taken care of throughout their entire experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist showroom Sales Consultants and Sales Managers with daily sales functions
  • Support out-of-town deliveries by ensuring vehicles are presentation-ready (cleanliness, fuel, technology orientation, and luxury gift presentation)
  • Help monitor showroom traffic, greet clients, and provide assistance as needed
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of in-vehicle technology and help customers with related questions
  • Make follow-up calls and emails to recent buyers to ensure complete satisfaction (as assigned by sales management)
  • Attend weekly department meetings
  • Maintain a positive, professional attitude and strong team focus

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred
  • Valid driver's license (must be insurable)
  • Strong people skills and a genuine desire to provide excellent client service
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to be a team player
