Summary of Role:

The Tax Manager is responsible for the efficient, accurate, complete, and timely preparation of all clients' tax returns whether prepared personally or by supervision of others. Advanced technical skills in a variety of tax and accounting areas, along with well-developed and applied management and supervisory skills are required. The Tax Manager may have input on any tax issue presented. This particular position is looking for someone who has extensive experience with partnerships and S Corporation tax filings (1065s and 1120S), as well as some experience with individual/trust tax filings (1040s and 1041s).

GHJ complies with all local/state regulations in regards to displaying salary ranges. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data, ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD, technology), for example. At GHJ, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is  $118,200 - $171,400.
