Our customers include: fixed-base operators, airports, corporate flight departments, helicopter operators, commercial airlines, cargo haulers and government and military entities. We value service to them and our fellow colleagues above all else.Duties/Responsibilities:Commercial Airline TendersDetermine supply source for airport locationsConfirm volume availability and pricingMaintain DatabasesInternal/External follow up upon award notificationScheduling/Inventory ControlForecasting, nominating and scheduling on pipelinesMaintain inventories dailyDetermine optimal stock levels and reorder pointsCoordinate stocking of product inventoryLiaison between Supply and DispatchAssist with Terminal Outages, Loading issues and AllocationsRotation in afterhours/weekend on callTerminal/Supply Contract ComplianceRequired Skills/Abilities:Ability to multi task in a fast pace environment, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detailWell organized, excellent planning and decision-making skillsRequires the knowledge and ability to use computer software such as MS Office Suite and CRM databases, strong working Excel skills preferredStrong personal accountability with track record for delivering on deadlinesCustomer service orientation with the ability to develop and maintain internal and external relationships as well as resolve issues in a timely and professional mannerInitiate cost and time saving processes to insure maximum efficienciesEducation and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Aviation, or equivalent experiencePhysical Requirements:Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.Be able to sit for long periods of time. #J-18808-Ljbffr
