Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule: Drivers can expect a typical 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM workday with flexibility.

Location: Dubuque Area

Are you looking for a career that offers independence, customer interaction, and the opportunity to be on the road each day? We are seeking a Fuel & Propane Delivery Driver to join a trusted local company serving residential, commercial, and agricultural customers throughout the area.

Responsibilities

  • Safely deliver fuel and propane to residential, commercial, and agricultural customers.

  • Load and unload products while following all company safety procedures.

  • Maintain accurate delivery and inventory records using electronic systems.

  • Work closely with dispatch to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.

  • Provide outstanding customer service and communicate customer needs to internal teams.

  • Complete delivery documentation and collect payments when required.

  • Perform pre-trip, post-trip, and routine vehicle inspections.

  • Participate in scheduled weekend on-call rotations.

  • Support company safety initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

  • Class B CDL with HazMat and Air Brake endorsements required.

  • Current DOT Medical Card required.

  • Excellent driving record.

  • Strong customer service and communication skills.

  • Basic computer and tablet proficiency.

  • Ability to work independently and safely.

  • Previous delivery, transportation, or logistics experience preferred.

Physical Requirements

This position involves a combination of driving and physical work. Candidates should be comfortable:

  • Lifting and moving up to 75 pounds occasionally.

  • Pulling and handling fuel and propane hoses.

  • Climbing, kneeling, bending, reaching, and walking throughout the day.
