Lead a Growing Field Operations Team
An established and rapidly growing home services company is seeking an experienced Field Manager to oversee residential and commercial installation crews. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone with strong electrical and gas plumbing experience who enjoys leading teams, solving problems, and delivering high-quality work.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee residential and commercial installation crews
  • Hold installers accountable for quality, productivity, safety, and customer satisfaction
  • Train, coach, and mentor field personnel
  • Perform job site inspections and quality control
  • Order all materials and parts required for upcoming installations
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure projects stay on schedule
  • Meet with city and county inspectors as needed
  • Troubleshoot field issues and provide technical support to installation crews
  • Assist with scheduling and daily field operations
  • Assist the sales team with scoping and quoting complex residential and commercial projects
  • Ensure all work complies with applicable electrical, fuel gas, and local building codes

Qualifications
