Lead a Growing Field Operations Team
An established and rapidly growing home services company is seeking an experienced
Field Manager to oversee residential and commercial installation crews. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone with strong electrical and gas plumbing experience who enjoys leading teams, solving problems, and delivering high-quality work.

Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee residential and commercial installation crews
- Hold installers accountable for quality, productivity, safety, and customer satisfaction
- Train, coach, and mentor field personnel
- Perform job site inspections and quality control
- Order all materials and parts required for upcoming installations
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure projects stay on schedule
- Meet with city and county inspectors as needed
- Troubleshoot field issues and provide technical support to installation crews
- Assist with scheduling and daily field operations
- Assist the sales team with scoping and quoting complex residential and commercial projects
- Ensure all work complies with applicable electrical, fuel gas, and local building codes
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in electrical, gas plumbing, generator installation, or a related trade
- Strong knowledge of:
- Residential electrical systems
- Natural gas and propane piping
- Standby generator installations
- National Electrical Code (NEC) and applicable building codes
- Proven leadership experience managing field personnel
- Ability to read plans and troubleshoot complex installations
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Preferred Qualifications
- Electrical experience
- Gas plumbing experience
- Experience with commercial power systems
- Experience working with permitting departments and inspectors
- Experience working with Georgia Power
- Manufacturer certifications are a plus
