Job Summary: The Fuel Educator is responsible for serving all products with friendly, enthusiastic, individualized attention towards each guest.

The Fuel Educator is also responsible for educating guests about our premium coffees, teas and smoothies. Under the supervision and direction of the Fuel Manager, the Fuel Educator plays a vital role in ensuring a guest's experience at the store is positive and beneficial, creating a unique personalized experience each and every time. Compensation & Benefits Package lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional team performance. The base pay range for this position is from $19.00- $21.86/hour subject to minimum wage in the location

The base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. This position has a target bonus of an additional $2 per hour, subject to certain requirements and the Company's discretion, bringing the total target compensation range between $21.00- $23.86/ hour.
