POSITION SUMMARY 

Delta360 is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our team as Strategic Accounts Sales Representative, EPC & Data Centers. This position is responsible for developing and managing strategic customer relationships with EPC firms, general contractors, and data center developers and operators, driving growth across Delta360's fuel, lubricants, DEF, generator fueling, and logistics services portfolio while supporting operational excellence, customer service, and company growth initiatives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for EPC firms, general contractors, data center developers, and hyperscale and colocation operators 
  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities for bulk fuel, generator and backup power fueling, lubricants, DEF, and logistics services supporting construction sites and mission-critical facilities 
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers on fuel supply strategy, on-site fueling programs, tank and equipment solutions, and emergency response readiness 
  • Expand Delta360's presence within existing accounts by identifying cross-sell and share of wallet opportunities across the project lifecycle, from construction through commissioning and ongoing operations 
  • Negotiate and close complex commercial agreements, including pricing structures, master service agreements, and long-term supply contracts 
  • Coordinate with operations, logistics, and supply teams to ensure reliable service delivery aligned with construction schedules and facility uptime requirements 
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and account activity records in CRM systems 
  • Monitor market trends in data center construction, EPC activity, and energy infrastructure to identify emerging opportunities 
  • Represent Delta360 at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings 
  • Perform special projects and other duties as assigned 

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS / POSITION REQUIREMENTS 

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in the Oil & Gas, energy, fuel distribution, construction, or industrial services industries preferred 
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Energy Management, or a related field preferred but not required 
  • Experience with CRM systems and the Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Strong understanding of fuel supply, fuel logistics, and on-site fueling operations 
  • Demonstrated ability to prospect, negotiate, and close complex commercial agreements 
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time each month 
  • Strong communication and organizational skills 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines 
  • High attention to detail and professionalism 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Experience selling into EPC firms, general contractors, data center developers or operators, or mission-critical infrastructure markets 
  • Existing network of relationships across the EPC and data center industries 
  • Experience with bulk fuel delivery, generator fueling, backup power support, tank rentals, fuel management, or related energy services

WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
