We’re looking for a Fuel Dispatch Coordinator to join our team and help keep fuel moving efficiently across our distribution network.

Schedule & Location
  • Type: Hourly (Non-Exempt)

  • Hybrid Schedule: 3 days in the office during the week, with work-from-home (WFH) coverage over the weekends.

  • On-Call: Evening and weekend on-call duties are required to handle urgent dispatch needs and emergency support.

What You’ll Do
  • Coordinate daily fuel deliveries to customers and company-owned locations.

  • Monitor driver schedules, routes, and fuel orders to ensure timely service.

  • Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams to resolve issues quickly.

  • Track and update delivery statuses in dispatch software.

  • Handle evening and weekend on-call coverage to ensure seamless 24/7 operations.

  • Ensure compliance with safety, DOT, and company policies.

  • Support operational efficiency by anticipating needs and problem-solving in real time.
