Role Summary:

We areseekinga highly motivatedDataArchitectto support data migration and data architecture initiatives for enterprise SaaS Billing implementations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in translating business and functional requirements into scalable data solutions, designing migration frameworks, and ensuringaccurateand efficient data movement across multiple systems.

This role requires strong technicalexpertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams during complex software implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business and functional requirements intotechnical data specificationsfor implementation projects.

• Design andmaintainadata architecture frameworksupporting scalable SaaSBillingPlatformimplementations.

• Develop and managedata migration strategiesacross multiple source systems (CPQ, ERP, Datawarehouse, Billing Solutions).

• Performdata mapping and transformationfrom various data sources into the target billing platform.

• Identifydata gaps, inconsistencies, and risks and proposebest practice solutions.

• Developreusable data templates, transformation logic, and load processesto improve migration efficiency across projects.

• Design and executedata validation and reconciliation processesto ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Collaborate with solution architects, product teams, implementation consultants, and customers during project delivery.

• Develop andoptimizeSQL queries and scriptsto support migration, validation, and reporting.

• Integrate systems usingREST APIs and modern data integration approaches.

• Providetechnical guidance ondata governance, quality standards, and migration best practices.

• Support multiple concurrent implementation projects whilemaintainingdelivery timelines.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience indata engineering, data architecture, or data migrationroles.

• Experience working with enterprise SaaS applications

• Strong experience translatingfunctional requirements into technical data specifications.

• Experience designingdata mapping, transformation, and migration frameworks.

• ProficiencyinOracle SQLor equivalent relational databases.

• Experience working withREST APIsfor data integration.

• Experience usingBusiness Intelligence toolsfor analysis and reporting.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to workindependently and within large cross-functional teams.

• Excellentcommunication, documentation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to work hybrid 2-3 times/week inourheadquarter

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience withSaaS billing platforms (e.g., Zuora,Chargebee,BillingPlatform, SAP BRIM).

• Experience with CRM/CPQ systems (e.g.Salesforce, D365, Conga, Oracle)

• Experience withdata migration tools, ETL frameworks, or integration platforms.

• Familiarity withdata governance and enterprise data architecture principles.

• Experience supportingenterprise implementation or professional services projects.

The base salary range for this position is$149,000 $187,000per year, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. Salary information is provided per state regulations in CA, CO, CT, MD, NV, NY, RI, and WA.
