At Precision Design Solutions, we design, build, and gain permits for the networks that keep us connected with the world - and we do it with people at the heart of everything.
We're looking for a Permit Coordinator who combines technical precision with a collaborative spirit. You'll collaborate with engineers, technicians, and permitting authorities to prepare, submit, and track permit applications while ensuring regulatory compliance.
What you'll do:
- Coordinate permit activities across cross-functional teams and ensure timely communication and reporting. This includes, but is not limited to, Right-Of-Way, Railroad, Bridge attachment, Army Corp, etc.
- Ensure permit deliverables meet quality standards and agency requirements.
- Conduct regular permit status meetings and provide project status reports to stakeholders.
- Identify and manage permit dependencies and critical path activities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of all quality assurance activities.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in OSP technologies, and incorporate these into the quality assurance program.
- Ensure that all OSP facilities meet customer requirements and expectations, and provide input and recommendations for continuous improvement.
You bring:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering or computer science.
- 3+ years of experience in telecoms management or coordination roles.
- Strong knowledge of telecoms networks and technologies.
