Responsibilities:
• Support for Application and Technical Issues (PM, RM, & CR) - these are products based in SQL
• Research data questions
• Ad-hoc reports
• Performance issues
• FTP connectivity/Data Transfer troubleshooting
Qualifications:
Required:
• Intermediate skills in SQL
• Basic understanding of SQL server
• Customer service experience
• Support for Application and Technical Issues (PM, RM, & CR) - these are products based in SQL
• Research data questions
• Ad-hoc reports
• Performance issues
• FTP connectivity/Data Transfer troubleshooting
