Primary Purpose of the Organization:
Applicants in the pool may be selected for temporary positions as needed for the Bronco One Stop Center.
Fayetteville State University's (FSU) One Stop Center is a designated area for FSU students to receive assistance. One Stop Staff will provide support to the students throughout the semester.
Primary Purpose of the Position:
Varies according to the needs of the hiring manager.
Positions Needed:
University Specialist
Serve as the One-Stop-Shop's first contact. Provide direct, one-stop support and customer service to current and prospective students at Fayetteville State University. Provide customer service by assessing student challenges by researching solutions to questions, issues, and obstacles, and communicate action items to customers. Ensure student care by providing a soft handoff to ensure customers receive the answers needed related to admissions, financial aid, registration, and other resources to prospective and current students
Administrative Support Associate
Provides support for the One Stop Shop by managing paperwork, processing requisitions, filing documents, managing budgets, and assisting serving as a receptionist during peak times.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
University Specialist
Bachelor's degree and one year of experience related to the area of assignment
Administrative Support Associate
Graduation from high school; and an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge skills and abilities:
Varies according to needs of the position. Must work on-site.
Ability to process and handle confidential information with discretion and confidentiality.
Ability to communicate effectively in oral and written form.
Ability to provide education to customer on various tasks and processes.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other offices.
Ability to assess and find solutions to a variety of customer issues and needs. Attention to detail and record keeping.
