Fsp Case Manager information

What is an FSP case manager?

An FSP Case Manager, or Full Service Partnership Case Manager, is a mental health professional who coordinates and provides comprehensive support to individuals with severe mental health challenges. They work within Full Service Partnership programs, which offer intensive, individualized services such as housing assistance, mental health treatment, and help with daily living skills.
