FS‑Elliott is looking for a hands‑on, detail‑driven Inspector who takes pride in ensuring products meet the highest standards. If you enjoy solving problems, working with precision tools, and being part of a team that values quality and safety, this role is for you.

This opening is for second shift only!

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform product inspections to verify conformance with specifications
  • Use standard mechanical/electrical instruments, gauges, and test rigs
  • Complete documentation including process tags, rework tags, and nonconforming material reports
  • Review and analyze test data for compliance; report abnormalities
  • Maintain accurate GMP‑compliant records, logbooks, and forms
  • Conduct internal quality audits
  • Calibrate and maintain inspection equipment
  • Identify and troubleshoot equipment issues
  • Assist in creating or revising SOPs
  • Manage Defective Material Reporting (DMR) area and coordinate containment actions
  • Review product returns and collaborate with other departments
  • Follow all safety regulations and company policies
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Skills Knowledge and Expertise
  • Understanding of manufacturing equipment, assembly processes, and safety procedures
  • Experience in quality assessment or improvement preferred
  • Strong technical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365; SAP experience preferred
  • Familiarity with Quality Management Systems and ISO14001 a plus

Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
