Come join our AFC Team!Position Overview Freshly Go prepares fresh, high-quality cut fruit and veggies for retail sale, while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, cleanliness, and product presentation. Freshly Go plays a key role in delivering fresh, beautifully presented, and ready-to-eat products for on-the-go customers across AFC’s retail locations.The Franchise Business Coach (FBC) plays a critical leadership role in upholding AFC and Freshly Go brand integrity and driving operational excellence across all divisions. This role is responsible for ensuring strict compliance with AFC system standards, protecting the Freshly Go brand through quality assurance, and fostering a strong and loyal account base by promoting only approved products and services.The FBC will promote, develop, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of operations for an assigned region. This role works closely with franchisees within the Field Operations Team for Freshly Go (Fruit Operations) and reports directly to a Franchise Business Manager.Job Responsibilities Protect the AFC and Freshly Go brands by ensuring all division members strictly comply with AFC system standards and operating procedures.Build and maintain a strong, loyal account base by offering and promoting only approved Freshly Go products and services.Review business operations for all Freshly Go concepts and accounts; discuss operational performance, procedures, and improvement strategies with franchisees and field management.Manage and review scheduling for all field staff including Operations Chefs.Coordinate with the Opening Manager team and FOS Team for new Freshly Go location openings.Communicate clearly and effectively with franchisees and internal teams, demonstrating strong organizational and leadership skills.Identify and address training needs for franchisees and field staff, with a focus on operational execution and food safety.Maximize sales, operational efficiency, and profitability across the region.Communicate regularly with franchisees on all aspects of Freshly Go operations.Follow up on training related to food safety standards, handling techniques, and Freshly Go SOPs.Oversee scheduling and proper inventory management for Freshly Go operations.Develop regional plans and set performance goals aligned with company objectives.Develop and support training programs for prospective franchisees and field staff to ensure mastery of standard operating procedures.Manage and resolve critical operational issues as needed, including after-hours, weekends, and holidays, to ensure business continuity.Occasionally oversee and evaluate operations after hours.Consistently represent AFC and Freshly Go in the field by maintaining a neat, professional appearance in compliance with company dress and grooming standards.Communicate, develop and maintain positive and professional relationships with produce and store managers.Travel as necessary for business operations.Perform other related duties as assigned.Rewards & BenefitsPaid Time Off (PTO)Paid Holidays, including a Floating Birthday HolidayMedical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance (100% employee self-coverage paid by AFC)Annual Bonus Opportunity (Discretionary)401(k) with Company MatchEmployee Anniversary Milestone GiftBereavement LeaveEmployee Referral BonusOther Employee DiscountsOpportunities to participate in team events and community activitiesKey Qualifications & ExperienceHigh school diploma/GED preferredPrevious experience in restaurant management and production line operations requiredExperience in fresh-cut fruit, prepared packaged foods, or similar food production environments preferredAbility to travel out of state for extended periods of timeMinimum 4–6 years of experience managing or supervising staff in a multi-unit environmentStrong teamwork and collaboration skillsExcellent oral and written communication skills Physical DemandsProlonged periods standing and walking up to 8 hours or moreFrequent bending, lifting, pushing, pulling of products, material, etc.Must be able to lift, up to 50 pounds at times.Ability to work in refrigerated or cold environmentsEqual Employment OpportunityWe are proud to be an equal opportunity employer and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all applicants and employees.
