Job description

Temporary Positions are Available for the September to November 2026 Harvest Season.
These positions are located at our Long Beach, WA facility.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Must be willing to work in a variety of positions in the facility.
  • Lab Workers - Grade, sort, and weigh product.
  • Box Builders - Assemble totes.
  • Inspectors - Inspect and prepare totes for fruit.
  • Operators - Binning Station - filling totes with fruit.
  • Forklift Drivers- moving totes.
  • General Laborers
  • Wages depend on position and are $19.10 - $20.95 USD per hour.

Knowledge, Skill, and Ability Requirements:
  • Must be willing and available to work variable day shifts, and adhere to good manufacturing, safety and environmental practices.
  • Have the ability to work in a team environment, follow instructions, and keep accurate records.
  • May include lifting up to 30 (14Kg) pounds frequently.
  • Prior manufacturing, forklift, lab, or scale, experience is a plus.
