Baristas who focus on froth preparation often encounter challenges such as achieving the perfect milk texture for different beverages, maintaining consistency during busy periods, and managing various types of milk or milk alternatives. To overcome these, baristas should regularly practice their steaming technique, stay updated on equipment maintenance, and communicate effectively with team members to coordinate orders.
