White Collar Legal Secretary
My client located in Dallas, Texas is in need of a Legal Secretary over White Collar & Tax. This is an onsite direct hire opportunity.

The firm provides legal and advisory services to businesses, executives, and individuals across a variety of industries and is recognized for its collaborative culture and long standing client relationships.
White Collar Legal Secretary Role
Provide administrative and legal support to attorneys within the White Collar Defense and Tax practice groups
Manage complex attorney calendars, scheduling, travel arrangements, and client meetings
Prepare, revise, proofread, and format legal correspondence, memoranda, pleadings, and other legal documents
Coordinate document production and maintain electronic and physical client files
Assist with court filings, hearing preparation, and trial preparation activities as needed
Monitor deadlines and maintain attorney docketing and calendar commitments
Prepare expense reports, client billing revisions, and attorney time entry updates
Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, courts, government agencies, and internal stakeholders
Organize and maintain confidential legal and client information
Support multiple attorneys while effectively managing competing priorities and deadlines
White Collar Legal Secretary Background Profile
High school diploma required; Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum 5 years of legal secretary or legal assistant experience within a law firm environment
Experience supporting attorneys in a white collar and or tax required
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and document management systems
Experience preparing and formatting complex legal documents
Strong calendar management and attorney support experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in a fast paced environment
Experience supporting multiple attorneys simultaneously preferred
Trial preparation and court filing experience preferred
Experience with legal billing software and document management systems preferred
