Job Description:

Dave & Buster's/Main Event is seeking a highly motivatedManager, Internal Communications & Employer Brand to support the development and delivery of clear, engaging communications that connect Team Members to the company's strategy, culture, and priorities.

This role is responsible for managing internal communications across corporate and frontline audiences, ensuring messages are clear, timely, and aligned with the company's brand and voice. The role will also support the development of the company'sEmployer Value Proposition (EVP)by strengthening the employer brand across internal channels and external platforms.

Working closely with HR, Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Corporate Communications, this position helps ensure consistent messaging across the organization while highlighting Dave & Buster's/Main Event as a great place to work.

Key Responsibilities

Internal Communications

  • Support the planning and execution of companywide internal communications that inform and engage Team Members across corporate and venue locations.
  • Manage the dissemination of corporate messaging across internal communication channels including intranet, email communications, leadership updates, and digital platforms.
  • Draft and edit internal communications including announcements, leadership messages, Team Member updates, and internal campaigns.
  • Ensure messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned with company strategy and brand voice.
  • Evaluate communication objectives, target audiences, and messaging needs to recommend the most effective channels and formats.
  • Maintain internal communication standards, processes, and editorial guidelines.

Frontline Communications

  • Develop communications that effectively reachstore-level Team Members and General Managersacross Dave & Buster's and Main Event locations.
  • Translate corporate initiatives and operational updates into clear, actionable communications for frontline teams.
  • Partner with Operations leadership to ensure frontline communications are timely, relevant, and easy to understand.
  • Support communication campaigns related to training, operations updates, company initiatives, and Team Member recognition.
  • Help create communication formats that resonate with frontline audiences including visual storytelling, short-form messaging, and location-level updates.

Employer Branding & EVP

  • Support the activation of the company'sEmployer Value Proposition (EVP)through internal storytelling and external employer brand initiatives.
  • Manage employer brand content across external platforms including LinkedIn.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR to develop content that highlights career opportunities, Team Member stories, and company culture.
  • Assist in building campaigns that showcase Dave & Buster's / Main Event as a great place to work.
  • Collaborate with marketing and corporate communications teams to ensure employer brand messaging aligns with the broader company brand.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Operations, and Corporate Communications to support consistent and effective messaging.
  • Coordinate with external communication partners when needed to support employer branding and communication initiatives.
  • Serve as a communications resource for teams seeking support with Team Member messaging.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required (Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field preferred).
  • 5-7 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or employer branding.
  • Experience supporting communications for large or multi-location organizations preferred.
  • Familiarity with employer branding and social media storytelling including platforms such as LinkedIn.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to translate complex information into clear and engaging communications.
  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organizational and project management capabilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
