Team members collaborate closely across disciplines to deliver high-quality steel structures that meet strict performance standards. Frontera Space supports ongoing skills development and values professionals who take pride in their craftsmanship and attention to detail.
Role Description The Structural Steel Welder will perform welding and fabrication of structural steel components according to engineering drawings and project specifications. Day-to-day tasks include setting up welding equipment, preparing and fitting steel materials, executing welds on beams, columns, and other structural elements, and inspecting completed work to ensure quality and compliance with safety standards. The role also involves reading and interpreting technical plans, collaborating with fabricators and site supervisors, and maintaining tools and work areas in good condition. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Metro Manila, requiring consistent presence at the workshop and project locations.
Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong core welding skills, including Welding, Arc Welding, MIG Welding, and TIG Welding.
