【Position Summary】

We are seeking a versatile and proactive Web Project Manager & Front-End Engineer to lead and execute web production and management projects from end to end. In this hybrid role, you will bridge the gap between project leadership and technical execution. You will accompany the sales team to initial client consultations, lead strategic planning, proposal creation, architecture design, and timeline tracking, while remaining actively hands-on in front-end development, implementation, and post-launch maintenance.

【Core Responsibilities】

  • Client Consulting & Discovery: Accompany the sales team to client meetings to gather requirements, understand business goals, and provide technical insight.
  • Strategy & Proposal: Develop comprehensive web strategies and author high-quality project proposals and planning documents.
  • Project Management: Define project scopes, establish technical specifications, estimate hours, build schedules, and manage progress across internal teams and external partners.
  • Front-End Development: Write clean, robust HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript to build engaging and reliable web interfaces.
  • Platform & CMS Implementation: Construct websites using modern SaaS platforms (Webflow, Shopify) and customize CMS templates (WordPress).

【Qualifications & Skills】

Required Qualifications:

  • Professional experience in website production or front-end web development.
  • Solid practical knowledge and development experience with HTML5 / CSS3 / JavaScript.
  • Proven experience in web direction or web project management (hands-on professional experience is highly preferred).
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong documentation skills (ability to organize requirements, write specifications, and draft proposals).
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • High proficiency and strong communication skills in both English and Japanese.
  • Valid US Driver's License required.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with Webflow and Shopify.
