Position Overview

Fusion Innovation is seeking a mid-level Web Developer to support critical web infrastructure and application development projects. The selected candidate will work across the full development lifecycle, creating and enhancing websites, web applications, services, and APIs. This position requires a versatile developer who can contribute to both front-end and back-end solutions while collaborating with technical teams and stakeholders to translate requirements into reliable, user-focused applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain websites and web applications.
  • Write source code for new applications and enhance existing applications and software.
  • Develop front-end interfaces, back-end services, middleware, and APIs.
  • Build and maintain database-driven applications using MySQL or comparable relational database systems.
  • Review existing code and recommend improvements to functionality, performance, security, and maintainability.
  • Troubleshoot application defects and resolve technical and workflow-related issues.
  • Gather and analyze stakeholder requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve or automate business processes.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, documentation, and release activities.
  • Collaborate with developers, system administrators, designers, and other technical stakeholders.
  • Support and enhance content management system functionality, extensions, and integrations.
