Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled .NET Tech Lead to drive end-to-end design, development, and implementation of scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in the .NET ecosystem, excellent leadership abilities, and hands-on experience with modern development practices.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design, architecture, and development of .NET-based enterprise applications.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
  • Guide a team of developers through the software development lifecycle - coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Perform code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Integrate applications with APIs, databases, and third-party systems.
  • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and technical issues.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend adoption of best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:
  • 8-10 years of experience in software development, with at least 2-3 years in a technical leadership role.
  • Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web API, and Entity Framework.
