Job description

Job Summary:
ECOM is seeking a Senior Interactive Developer (React) to join a small cross-functional delivery team focused on designing, developing, and delivering front-end web applications for a new client in the Federal space. The role involves building user interfaces and creating user experiences while collaborating with clients and team members in an agile environment.
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and deliver front-end web applications.
• Augmentation of user interface code and creation of simple to moderately complex user experiences.
Qualifications:
Required:
• JS React Experience and Knowledge. Technical expertise. -JS React knowledge is Critical—cannot be replaced with Angular
• Practical Agile Experience (Scrum is sufficient)
• Collaboration/Communication
• Candidates MUST have a 4 year degree—this will be screened and checked during the interview process and in the badging/background check process. Please make sure to check this while screening
• At minimum 5+ years of experience
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Ability to pass background investigation and obtain U.S. Government clearance (public trust)
• Demonstrated, hands-on experience
• Experienced JavaScript Developer including JavaScript MVC.
• Proven results and history of solution delivery working with HTML5, JavaScript, CSS.
• Solid understanding of web technologies, responsive design and alignment with the latest trends and best practices.
• Excellent communication, time-management and process-management skills.
• The capability to lead or contribute to a fast-paced agile delivery team
• A willingness to explore and find creative solutions to difficult problems
• A drive to learn new technologies and skills
• An empathetic and thoughtful approach to teamwork and collaboration
Preferred:
• React experience is a plus.
• Esri JavaScript API for ArcGIS is a plus, but not required
• Experience managing build pipeline dependencies is plus
• Built Section 508 (WCAG 2.0 Level AA) compliant solutions is a plus
• Previous Federal contracting experience is a plus
