Job Title: Front End Development Lead

Qualifications:

- Drive consistent end-to-end User Experience (UX) of a solution by collaborating with product management and user experience designers
- Lead the development process and implementation of the front-end solutions
- Design and implement UI components with right consideration for usability, performance and customization
- Provide creative solutions and guidance for the team
- Mentor other engineers in UI implementation
- Ability to work with UX Designers to translate designs into rich HTML Interfaces
- Should have designed and implemented UI for at least one medium to large scale multi-tiered application
- Strong interpersonal skills, Problem solving, Analytical skills, and mentoring ability
- Self-starter with demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
- Work closely with other teams including developers, designers and Quality Assurance (QA)
- Communicates with Managers, Team Leads and Product Owners to accomplish business goals
- Proven proficiency with Rich Internet Applications (RIA), cross-browser web application development, UI technologies and Frameworks such as
