Front-End Web Developer, Chicago, IL

We have an exciting Front-End Web Developer opportunity to join an established company's team developing a brand new website promoting a new product line. This is a contract to perm opportunity. This position is hybrid Onsite 3 days and Remote 2 days. Candidates need to be local in or near Chicago, IL. Ideal candidates must be a self-starter, who can work independently but also work well as a team. This is a high growth opportunity for the right individual.

  • Able to develop a new website from scratch.
  • Able to work independently and in a team setting.
Front-End Web Developer Qualifications:
  • 3-5+ years of experience designing, implementing, and maintaining websites.
  • Ability to develop a brand new website from scratch.
  • Ability to provide recommendations for technology roadmap.
  • 3-5+ years of experience with HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, etc.
  • Proficiency with creating and modifying custom theme files and child themes.
  • Knowledge of server-side tasks (MX Records, DNS maintenance).
