Sr. Web Developer, Easton, PA

GENERAL SUMMARY:

Responsible for development in support of global consumer web sites and enterprise applications utilizing Sitefinity CMS and custom .NET solutions. Provides technical leadership in designing scalable, secure, and high-performing web applications. Collaborates with business partners to define requirements and deliver solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards. Supports integration of CMS with backend systems and third-party technologies. Determines user needs, strategies, and goals developing web applications that meet those needs. Helps define web architectures and design for the enterprise. Works on multiple projects as a project leader, technical project manager or frequently as the subject matter expert. Works on projects/issues of high complexity that require demonstrated knowledge across multiple technical areas and business segments. Coaches and mentors junior technical staff. o Perform complex system design and program development activities required to complete projects as approved by management.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to project team members and external partners.
  • Analyze requirements and develop solutions using Sitefinity CMS and .NET Core.
  • Develop and support Sitefinity CMS components including templates, widgets, and modules.
  • Design and implement and/or integrate .NET applications, services, and APIs.
  • Support other areas of software development where existing skills could be applied to develop custom application solutions to meet internal business needs.
  • Support integration of Azure Foundry AI services and develop new AI solutions.
  • Ensure applications are optimized for performance, scalability, and global access.
  • Work closely with development team and Sitefinity support to ensure system reliability.
  • Provides appropriate documentation for design decisions, estimating assumptions and performance metrics that meet department standards.
  • Ensure system configuration adheres to all finance, accounting and PCI policies and requirements.
  • Design and implementation of new client delivery models, websites, portals, ecommerce.
  • Responsible for training and support of business users, including documentation as necessary for Content Management Systems (CMS)
  • Manage integration projects to support web architecture direction and future expansion.
  • In accordance with the NIST CSF and Hallmark Standards, ensure adherence to policies and processes to remain in compliance for maintenance, security continuous monitoring and recovery areas including Asset Management, Change Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Vulnerability & Patch Management, Data Security, Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems field.
  • 8+ years of experience in web application development.
  • Strong experience with ASP.NET, .NET Core, and Web API development.
  • Experience with modern front-end development including JavaScript frameworks such as AngularJS and responsive design using Bootstrap.
  • Familiarity with SQL Server and database design.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps. Familiarity with Gitlab.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Sitefinity CMS platform is a plus, though training can be provided.
  • Azure Foundry experience a plus.
