Job Description

• 10+ years in Frontend Development, 5+ years in React, and technical leadership experience.

•Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, Next.js, Playwright/Cypress, CI/CD, and Azure.

•Hands-on experience with AI tools (GitHub Copilot/ Cursor/ Claude), enterprise-scale application development, AI-powered development experience.

Good to Have:

•Experience with micro-frontends, design systems, GraphQL, cloud-native architecture.

•Strong mentoring, stakeholder management, Agile delivery experience.

•Building RAG-based solutions, LLM integration

 

Nice to Have:

•React Native, Node.js/NestJS, WebSocket’s/WebRTC.

•Insurance domain experience.
