What You'll Do

  • Assist with inventory flow, receiving, replenishment, merchandising execution, and maintaining an organized back and front-of-house
  • Model professionalism, teamwork, and a strong ownership mindset.
  • Assist with product rollouts, promotions, and execution.
  • Verify IDs and ensure all sales follow Alberta liquor laws and company policies.
  • Support the store in meeting financial targets and following cash-handling procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
  • Assist management team with execution, ensuring successful daily store operations.
  • Champion Excellent customer service.

About You

  • Minimum 1 year of supervisory in retail experience.
  • Valid provincial certification (or willingness to obtain before starting).
  • Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 lbs throughout your shift.
  • Ability to work , climb ladder, operate machinery when necessary
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite
